Custom duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer.
Customers within the EU will be charged VAT upon arrival (before delivery) if order value is over 22 Euros, custom duties will be applied if the order value is over 150 Euros.

Return & Refund Policy
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
Obviously, we want you to be completely overjoyed with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items you may return them to us within 28 days of receiving you order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging.
Please also note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
To return an item please follow the below steps:
- Let us know at email@example.com
- Safely and carefully package the item
- Send it to us using ‘signed for’ or ‘recorded’ delivery service, so you can track you order and we can ensure that the product has been received. Upon the receipt of your return, we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund, as per your request.
Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
Goods that are sent back us should be done so in their original, resalable condition, and will be inspected upon receipt.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control. Refunds will only be credited to you via the original method of payment.
WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE FAULTY?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will be happy to refund you in full. Please follow the same procedure as above.

Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of items in the post, so please keep your proof of postage safe, just in case
