These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from the official United States online store operated by 33mm LLC ("33MM," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an Order. By purchasing Products through our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on our Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not place an Order.
These Terms apply only to purchases made through the official 33MM United States online store.

Although your Order is placed with 33mm LLC, Products are fulfilled from our distribution facility in the United Kingdom.
Unless otherwise stated, all U.S. orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means applicable import duties, customs charges and import taxes associated with delivery into the United States are paid by us. Customers should not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
Eligibility
By placing an Order through our Website, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete and current.
• You are authorised to use the payment method submitted.
• Your Order is for lawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order where we reasonably believe these requirements have not been satisfied.
Definitions
Business Day: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Order: Your request to purchase Products through the Website.
Order Confirmation: Our email confirming acceptance of your Order.
Products: Apparel, jewellery, fragrance, accessories and other merchandise offered through the Website.
Website: The official United States online store operated by 33mm LLC.
Orders
Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase Products.
An acknowledgement email confirms receipt only and does not constitute acceptance.
A binding agreement is formed only when we send an Order Confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel Orders where Products are unavailable, pricing errors exist, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, shipping restrictions apply, customer information cannot be verified, or fulfilment is otherwise not reasonably possible.
If payment has already been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Product Information
We strive to ensure Product descriptions, pricing and images are accurate.
Colours and finishes may vary depending on screen settings and lighting. Minor variations do not constitute defects.
We may update or discontinue Products at any time without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without notice but accepted Orders will not be affected.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may honour the price, contact you with the correct price, or cancel the Order and issue a full refund.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout where required by law based on the shipping destination.
Payment
Payment must be authorised before an Order is processed.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay and other payment methods supported by Shopify.
We reserve the right to carry out reasonable payment verification checks.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Standard Delivery
• Complimentary standard shipping on eligible Orders of $130 USD or more (before taxes and after promotional discounts unless otherwise stated).
• Typically delivered within 4–7 Business Days.
• Generally shipped using Landmark Global, although we may use an alternative carrier of comparable service where reasonably necessary.
Express Delivery
• Available at checkout for an additional charge.
• Typically delivered within 2–3 Business Days.
• Generally shipped using DHL Express, although we may use an alternative carrier of comparable service where reasonably necessary.
Delivery estimates begin once an Order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.
